Example Drinks CH AG in Zurich has two foreign board members: • Peter London: He is English and works as a lawyer in France. His board fee is CHF 75,000 per year. He has to spend about 20 days a year in Switzerland. • Rolf Berlin: He is German and employed in Germany by Drinks DE AG in Berlin, which is a subsidiary of Drinks AG in Zurich. Within the scope of his employment at Drinks DE AG, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of Drinks AG. His fee amounts to CHF 75,000 per year and is paid directly to Drinks DE AG. For this purpose, he also has to be on site in Switzerland for approx. 20 days per year. The board of directors is the supreme supervisory and structuring body of the corporation.
