AUS DER PRAXISEmpfehlung je nach Projektdauer:Hier kommt noch eine Checkliste für die Bewilligungsbeantragung – abgestimmt auf unseren Fall:US-amerikanischen IT-Expertin, die projektbezogen in die Schweiz entsandt wird (mit Wohnsitz inBerlin, ohne Wohnsitznahme in der Schweiz).Checkliste für Bewilligungsantrag – Entsendung in die SchweizVariante A: 120-Tage-Bewilligung (bei max. 120 effektiven Arbeitstagen)Erforderliche Unterlagen (typisch für kantonale Arbeitsmarktbehörden):1.Antragsformular Arbeitsbewilligung (kantonsspezifisch)2. Entsendebestätigung oder Nachweis über die interne Projektentsendung mit Angaben zuDauer, Ort, Funktion, Gehalt3. Kopie des Arbeitsvertrags mit dem deutschen Arbeitgeber (nicht immer zwingend, kantonalabhängig)4.Kopie Reisepass (gültig über den Einsatzzeitraum hinaus)5.Nachweis über Qualifikation (z. B. IT-Diplome, Zeugnisse)6.Projektbeschreibung inkl. Begründung, warum spezifisch diese Fachkraft benötigt wird7. Nachweis über Krankenversicherungsschutz für die Schweiz – A1 Bescheinigung (muss nicht mitdem Gesuch um Arbeitsbewilligung eingereicht werden)8. Zeitplan / Einsatzkalender, um Nachvollziehbarkeit der 120-Tage-Grenze zu gewährleisten(optional, kantonal abhängig)Variante B: Kurzaufenthaltsbewilligung (L-Bewilligung, bei > 120 Tagen)Zusätzlich oder abweichend erforderlich:1.Aufenthaltsdauer klar benennen (ggf. mit geplanten Verlängerungsmöglichkeiten)2.Nachweis über Unterkunft für den gesamten geplanten Aufenthalt3. Sozialversicherungsklärung (A1-Bescheinigung oder Äquivalent bei Entsendung) (muss nicht mitdem Gesuch um Arbeitsbewilligung eingereicht werden)4.Entsendevertrag (offizielles Schreiben des Arbeitgebers, mit Projektbezug)5.Begründungsschreiben (nicht zwingend, aber sehr hilfreich)14convinus.com
