Financial and managerial services are excluded and cannot be carried out. Immigrant will stay in the country under the responsibility of the company for which he/she is providing technical assistance. Company is competent to apply for a residence permit to a legal entity that: (i) is a recipient of technical assistance services; (ii) is a member of the same economic group as the foreign company employing the immigrant who provides services, Requirements Brazil; or (iii) is an intermediary for the foreign company employing the immigrant, simultaneously, to several companies receiving technical assistance services in due to a contract with an express exclusive covenant in Brazilian territory. In addition to the contract, the legal entity must appoint locations where the immigrant will carry out his/her activities and must communicate any changes in such regard to the authority.
