This could result in the prohibition of posting workers or providing services/conducting business in the future not only in the country where the violation was committed, but also across borders (due to the exchange of information between member state authorities). Finally, violation of transnational posting obligations can undermine the company's credibility with authorities in the country of origin and service provision, workers, and potential customers, partners, and suppliers (e.g., in case of inclusion on a public blacklist).
